Hi, I’m Omri Izhaki, the founder of Mevi. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, I've witnessed firsthand the power of referrals. The Israeli tech scene is heavily influenced by strong networks. I've used referrals to secure positions at all three companies where I worked. Even with years of experience, referrals were crucial in getting noticed by recruiters.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of candidates obtain referrals through my personal network, giving them a fighting chance in the competitive job market. I created Mevi to streamline and expand this process, making it accessible to more people.
What is Mevi?
Mevi is a platform born from my personal experience and extensive network, designed to help job seekers find their next opportunity through internal referrals.
We work with employees at over 100 companies who would love to send in your CV through their referral program. This will substantially increase your chances of landing that first interview and, of course, getting the job offer.
